  Impressive athlete with ceaseless energy, armed with a personality which charms through its dynamism. He is the supervisor of nuance and narration. He pulls the group from piano to forte with only the force of his drumsticks; a sensitive and crystalline colorist with lightning reflexes. Under the hood, he has a motor made of metal and granite which roars of telluric rock, which he unleashes only when necessary.

  A weakness for science fiction, a love of the imaginary, he loves losing himself in stories that excite the neurons and that much is audible. Ingenious architect, his bass is endlessly inventing harmonic progressions which alter the baroque and push and shove the pop versions. Between serious lows and bantering high notes, he unchains the soloists, occasionally scolding them; he inserts himself in phrases extracted from the earth and softens their landing by creating large, comfortable spaces.

  Born in 1990, Musina grew up in Strasbourg, where he was introduced to music at an early age. He began playing the saxophone at the age of 8 at the Strasbourg Conservatoire.
  In 2008, he joined the Jazz and Improvised Music department of the CRR de Strasbourg, where he studied with Eric Watson, Michael Alizon, Philippe Aubry and Bernard Struber.
  Struber, and passed his DEM in 2012! At the same time, he is studying sociology at the University of Strasbourg, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 2012. Involved in the
  Strasbourg scene, Musina is developing his versatility and experience in different styles.

  In 2013, he entered the Jazz Institute in Berlin, where he studied with musicians such as Jim Black, John Hollenbeck, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Greg Cohen and Peter Weniger. Inspired by the
  Berlin jazz scene, he performed there regularly between 2014 and 2019 with various bands and projects.

  Musina wins second prize at the International Jazz Composition Competition in Katowice in 2018. He returns to France and settles in Paris between 2019 and 2020.
  August 2019 sees the release of “Timeprints”, his first quintet album as leader, on the critically acclaimed German label Double Moon, nominated for the Deutsche Jazz Preis in
  2021.! In 2020, he takes part in the Berlin albums! DIKY LYS by Ganna and Liquid Circle by Hans Anselm Big Bang. He releases two albums with his solo project Blendreed (ambient),
  “Moonstreet” (2021) and “Tales of Tides”(2022).

  Since 2019, Musina has been playing and touring regularly as sideman and leader in Europe alongside Ganna, Musina Ebobissé Quintet, Olga Amelchenko, Kemaca Kinetic, Ozma,
  Thomas de Pourquery, James Morrisson, Joko, Thijs de Klijn and other projects. His Berlin quintet’s second album, “Engrams”, will be released in March 2023 on the Jazzdor Series label.

  Having long wondered what he wanted to do with his ten fingers after graduating from conservatories in classical and jazz piano, Daniel (or Dan, as he calls himself) is now an electronic musician and sound designer. He recently worked for the theater, in a piece entitled “Sorgue”, a nocturnal voyage in electronic song, co-created and performed at the Hall de la Chanson in 2023 (revived in 2024). Navigating between numerous technical and stylistic influences, knowledge of his sound sources is of paramount importance to him. He works intensively with PureData and Max/MSP software. He builds and codes controllers and synthesizers, so he can get to grips with the innards of the sonic entities he brings together in his performances. Finally, the audio/video relationship is an important area of work for this young musician, as he believes that the appreciation of a musical work today depends on its visual context. He therefore creates audio-reactive visual works that seek to touch the listener/spectator by appealing to their heightened attention. He joined the OZMA group in 2023, eager to discover new musical horizons.

  Martin FERREYROS, born in 1994, is a multi-influenced electric guitarist.After studying classical piano for 10 years, he took up guitar on his own, before entering the CRR de Paris, where he studied with Manu Codjia.At the same time, he played with François Janneau in Soundpainting ensembles.

  He entered the jazz section of the CNSM de Paris under the direction of Riccardo del Fra. After graduating, he devoted himself entirely to performing, accompanying artists of all styles (jazz with Riccardo del Fra and Rémi Vignolo, hip hop and musique actuelle with artists such as Nemir, Dynos and Lord Esperanza).

  He is also very active in the emerging jazz groups of his generation. He also honors his Peruvian roots by playing regularly with major artists on the Peruvian scene (MIGUEL BALUMBROSIO, KIKE LARREA, etc.).
